The information below outlines how the Salesforce adapter works with different handset models and in multi-node scenarios.

Integration with Salesforce.com is supported on the following phone types:

Multi-Node Environments

The MiVoice Office Application Suite can host Phone Manager Salesforce Adapter connections for any configured user on any node which it is connected to. The only restriction is the number of licenses available for the total number of concurrent connections there will be.

If there is more than one MiVO Application Suite on a network, a user should be connected to the API on the MiVO Application Suite where their Phone Manager license is applied.


  1. When using 6900 Handsets, ensure the user connects to a MiVoice Office Application Suite API on the server which is controlling their 6900 phone.
