Call Control

The adapter interface provides actions for controlling calls that are present at the user's primary extension

Incoming Calls

When an incoming call is alerting the user's primary phone, the 'Answer' action is presenting.

Note

The answer action will also present if a held call starts to recall to the extension.

Outgoing Calls

When making an outgoing call, the 'End Call' action is provided to hang up the call if there is no answer from the remote end.

Connected Calls

Once a call is connected to the extension, the 'Hold' action will become available.

Pressing the 'Hold' action will place the current call on hold and will expose the 'Retrieve' action.

Calls can be toggled between the held and connected state multiple times.
