Task Creation

Phone Manager is configured by default to create a 'Phone Call' task when any answered call is ended at the users extension. The tasks create are automatically populated with the time of the call, duration of the call. Information about the DID called and the hunt group (queue) the call was for are added to the 'Comments' where available.

Task creation can be disabled in the Phone Manager adapter settings.
